You guys! Good news from the folks back home! The Saugus MA Route 1 Miniature Golf course with the iconic Orange Dinosaur is open for one more season!

In September 2015, Route One Miniature Golf and Batting Cages announced that it
would be closing its doors after 57 years and two generations of ownership.However, in an unforeseen turn of events,
the sale of the business has been
delayed until fall 2016,
allowing Route One Miniature Golf and Batting Cages to
open for a final season!“We are thrilled to be able to help the community create one more season of memories,”
said Diana Fay.
“We welcome back all of our valued customers, and hope to see some new faces too!”While Opening Day has not yet been determined,
customers can call the recorded line (781-233-2811) for more information
and a daily update of business hours.
The business anticipates it will be up and running
by mid-April.
We had a great Retro Roadmap Meetup there last fall when we thought it was going to be open for only a few more weeks, and I suggest you do the same!
