Oh to eat in the shadow of one of my favorite buildings in the world. I will eat breakfast or lunch there someday.

Rich – I did not know that one of your fave buildings in the world is the Flatiron! I admit to having a total crush on the Chrysler Building myself – I’ll have to see if there are any Retro Roadmap worthy places up in that neighborhood 🙂

Oh My Word! Back in ’76 (that’s 19XX, folks, not 17XX), as a magazine intern in The Big Apple, Eisenberg’s was a fave eatery. And the Flatiron Building – another fave. What a great memory, ModBetty. Thanks!
